What we process

We process the photo you upload to personalize a video, your order and payment status, your checkout email, and limited security and operational records. Stripe handles card information; we do not store your full card number.

Where processing happens

Supabase stores order and task records. Cloudflare R2 stores source photos and results privately. fal.ai and its model provider process your photo with the fixed source video. Resend sends transactional and recovery emails. Hosting is provided through Vercel.

Third-party AI media links may be publicly reachable by anyone who has the link and are subject to the provider’s lifecycle. Copying a result into private storage does not revoke a third-party copy.

Access and retention

Completed videos can be accessed for 7 days after delivery. Access ends at expiry, and physical deletion is processed by the scheduled cleanup service. Private downloads use short-lived signed links.

Source photos, including normalized copies, are scheduled for removal within 24 hours after delivery or entry into technical-failure compensation. Unpaid drafts expire after 24 hours; we reconcile active checkout sessions before deleting their inputs.

Payment and audit records have a separate retention policy for accounting, disputes, and operational obligations; deleting a photo does not delete a payment record.

Cookies and measurement

Essential secure cookies authorize access to your purchase. Public pages use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits; Google may use analytics cookies and collect browser and device information. We remove URL query strings and fragments from page-view data. Photos, payment emails, private media links, and access tokens are not included in our analytics events. Analytics is disabled on recovery and private result pages.

Your choices

Only upload photos you have permission to use. To request deletion or ask about your data, use the operator’s contact address published before launch. You can recover an available video through your payment email.
