The basics of using Roadster Video AI and purchasing a personalized video.
The service
Roadster Video AI is an independent AI creation tool, not a Tesla product or an official automotive demonstration. One purchase is for one valid, approximately 10-second vertical video using the built-in scene. There are no subscriptions or credits.
Your photo and permission
You must have permission to use the uploaded photo and the depicted person’s likeness. Do not upload photos for impersonation, harassment, sexual exploitation, deceptive deepfakes, or other unlawful purposes. Do not submit public figures or minors without a lawful, authorized basis. Provider restrictions apply and may prevent processing.
AI results vary
Exact facial likeness, appearance preferences, or frame-by-frame consistency are not guaranteed. A completed valid video does not include a free remake for subjective preferences. A new generation requires a new purchase at the displayed price.
Payment and delivery
The server-confirmed one-time price is displayed before checkout. Work begins after payment is confirmed. Delivery is provided through the private result page and transactional email. Save your MP4 before the published retention period ends.
Technical problems
We handle technical recovery without charging you again. If a valid video cannot be delivered, we initiate a refund to the original payment method. See the Refund Policy. Your applicable statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
Usage rights
You retain your rights to your uploaded photo. You authorize the processing needed to fulfill the purchase. Rights in the output remain subject to the model terms, source-material rights, likeness rights, and applicable platform rules. This service does not grant rights to Tesla trademarks or third-party materials, and it does not provide an unqualified commercial-use guarantee.
